At Carlyle House Café, Restaurant, and Private Dining Room our aim is to offer you mouth-wateringly delicious and imaginative dishes, – all made freshly in our kitchen, – served in a modern, informal atmosphere within a spectacular, historic building.
Our Location
Our day-time café is open daily, featuring breakfast and lunch, as well as a variety of freshly-baked scones, cakes, and slices to go with morning coffee and afternoon tea.
We also have two private rooms on the first floor which are available for hire, and we are able to cater for parties, meetings, and events, – including during the evening.The venue is operated by Glenfinlas, Edinburgh-based café operators and caterers with over twenty years of experience and an undying passion for gourmet food.

Private Dining
There are two rooms available for private dining, canape parties, coffee mornings, catered events, and meetings on the first floor of the building. These can be reserved from 10am until 11pm every day.
